We are People Places & Things Inc. A vacation rental management company that is full service solution for property owners.
Beginning with the launch of “The Country” on Salmonier Line in August 2017, a dream of the possibility of this business began with a 10-day booking from Australia. We cut our teeth helping improve the online presence of a boutique hotel in downtown St. John’s while starting to represent owners in the management of their vacation rental properties.
As we now enter our fifth year in business, People Places & Things now represents 25 different properties in 16 communities throughout Newfoundland and we are just getting started.
Each of our Places, gives our guests the opportunity to experience this Place differently. Whether in the woods, on the ocean or in the heart of Quidi Vidi, we invite our guests to meet new People and do Things they have never done before.
We represent owners with integrity and provide guests an authentic experience of our beautiful, rugged island on the east coast of Canada.
